American Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Woodland, a 224-unit garden-style community built in 2012. This on-site role requires living within 30 miles of the property, being able to work Tuesday–Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 8am–5pm, with potential extra hours.

You will handle unit turnover, grounds upkeep, safety, and basic repairs. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in multifamily or hotel maintenance, strong customer service, and tools.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years.
• Must be well-versed in the unit turn process from start to finish.
• Must have experience in tracking and maintaining inventory.
• Must provide your own basic hand tools – company provides power tools.
• Experience providing great customer service to residents and/or customers.

Aufgaben

• Assist in getting units “rent ready”.
• Maintain grounds, work and storage areas and dumpster areas to ensure curb appeal.
• Paint and clean as needed to ensure timely unit turnover.
• Ensure lawns are mowed and entryways are clear of debris.
• Must be on-call for emergencies or snow removal.
