American Property Management seeks a maintenance professional for Tierra Pointe, a 236-unit garden-style community in Arizona. The role requires on-site presence from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional extra hours.

You will assist in making units rent-ready, perform routine upkeep, and support safety and cleanliness across grounds and common areas. Candidates should have 1+ years of multifamily or hotel maintenance experience, dependable tools, and strong communication skills in English.

Formación

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years.
• 2+ years’ experience preferred.
• Must provide your own basic hand tools – company provides power tools.
• Fluent in English with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in getting units “rent ready” and follow safety requirements.
• Safely use chemicals and equipment as part of daily duties.
• Maintain grounds, clean areas, and keep curb appeal to standards.
• Paint and clean to ensure timely unit turnover.
• Ensure lawns are mowed and walkways are clear of debris.
• Be on-call for emergencies or snow removal.
• Follow all company policies as per Operations Manual.
