American Property Management in Stockton, CA is hiring for an on-site maintenance role at Morada Crossings. The position requires 2+ years in multifamily or hotel maintenance, with unit turnover responsibilities and strong resident service skills.

You must own basic hand tools; company provides power tools and supports ongoing training. The role offers a daytime schedule, living within 30 miles of the property, with eligibility for bonuses, medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401k match, paid

Formación

• 2+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years.
• Experience with unit turnover from start to finish.
• Ability to track and maintain inventory.
• Own basic hand tools; power tools provided by company.
• Customer service experience with residents or customers.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in getting units rent-ready and maintained to company standards.
• Perform housekeeping, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure grounds, entryways and storage areas are clean and presentable.
• Adhere to safety requirements and use chemicals and equipment properly.
• Be on-call for emergencies and snow removal as needed.
