Job summary

American Property Management, Inc. seeks a maintenance professional for a 160-unit senior community in the Burien area. Schedule is Tue–Sat, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with on-site presence and relocation not required.

You will handle unit turns, inventory, and customer service for residents. Must bring basic hand tools; HVAC/CPO certifications are a plus, and a high school diploma or GED is required. Competitive pay $28–$32/hour plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years.
• Must be well‑versed in the unit turn process from start to finish.
• Experience tracking and maintaining inventory.
• Fluent in English with strong reading, speaking and writing skills.
• HVAC certification preferred; CPO certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to be on‑call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in getting units rent ready and maintained.
• Maintain grounds, work and storage areas on a daily basis.
• Paint and clean as needed to ensure timely unit turnover.
• Ensure equipment is serviced regularly and safety rules are followed.
• Respond to emergencies or snow removal as required.
