American Property Management is seeking a on-site Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, conduct unit turnovers, and uphold exterior upkeep of Briarstone and Bellamonte communities in the Tacoma area. The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors with landscaping tools.

Candidates should have 1+ year(s) of multifamily or hotel maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and English fluency.

Formación

• 1+ years4 multifamily or hotel maintenance experience.
• Experience working outdoors is required.
• Experience providing excellent resident/customer service.
• Experience using power washers, leaf blowers and landscaping tools.
• Driver s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance tasks (minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare units to be rent-ready with repairs and cleaning.
• Maintain building exteriors, doors and windows; preventive maintenance.
• Manage outdoor spaces: lawns, gardens, walkways and entryways.
• Ensure proper operation of irrigation and cleaning of exterior areas.
• Maintain and service equipment (power washers, leaf blowers, tools).
• Track inventory and keep tools organized; follow company policies.
• Be on-call for emergencies and snow removal as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication with residents and staff.
