Job summary

American Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented groundskeeper for The Woodland Apartments in Washington. The role requires outdoor work, strong customer service, and experience with landscaping tools.

You will maintain common areas, assist with upkeep, and ensure curb appeal meets company standards. Role requires on-site presence with a schedule of 8am-5pm (Mon, Wed, Fri) and living within 30 miles of the property.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel groundskeeping/landscaping preferred within the last 10 years.
• Experience and willingness to work outdoors is required.
• Experience providing great customer service to residents and/or customers is required.
• Experience using power washers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants and vendors.
• Keep timecards and reports up to date.
• Keep grounds, entries, walks and driveways clear of debris and well maintained.
