Job summary

The Hallmark Company is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of apartment equipment, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. Must have your own tools and on-call availability for emergencies.

You will handle on-site basic repairs including HVAC, water heaters, and building systems, conduct inspections, document work, and prep units for turnover. This is an in-person, full-time role with occasional overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience required.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Multifamily property experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Attend emergency maintenance calls 24/7 when scheduled.
• Train Groundskeepers and junior technicians.
• Conduct property inspections and prep for regulatory inspections.
• Maintain records of maintenance requests and inventory.
