You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, conduct routine inspections, and uphold safety standards to keep residents comfortable and properties well-maintained.

This full‑time role involves on‑call rotation, coordinating with vendors, keeping accurate maintenance records, and preparing units for new residents with timely turnarounds.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC and appliance repair.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
• Excellent professional attitude towards resident care.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work on-call shifts and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and address concerns professionally.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and inventory.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and unit turnovers.
• Coordinate with management and vendors to prioritize tasks and manage resources.
