Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent communication with residents, employees, managers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, courteous, knowledgeable attitude with residents and staff.
• Assist residents with problems within your authority.
• Ensure curb appeal of building exterior and common areas.
• Supervise maintenance and staff; set daily goals and provide clear instructions.
• Schedule contractors and oversee completed work; manage on‑call duties.
• Ensure units are ready within 3–5 days of move-out.
• Complete maintenance requests and proper paperwork.
