RHM Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multi‑family property in Erie, PA. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, perform inspections, and maintain safety standards.

The role includes preparing units for new residents with a 3–5 day turnaround and coordinating with management and vendors. Responsibilities cover routine upkeep, preventative maintenance, and on‑call support outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
• Must supply your own tools.
• Strong problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work on‑call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Inspect the property regularly and ensure safety compliance.
• Respond to maintenance requests professionally.
• Maintain records of activities, inspections, and inventory.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ready vacant units within 3–5 days.
• Coordinate with management and vendors; oversee contracted work.
• Attend trainings and stay updated on best practices.
