Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance preferred.
• Able to assess problems and fix issues quickly.
• Must pass a security background and drug screen.

• Perform plumbing, light electrical work, and HVAC maintenance.
• Assist with training and supervision of other maintenance techs.
