You will prioritize resident work orders, prepare vacant units for new residents, and maintain exterior grounds. On-call duties and staff trainings are part of the schedule; a high school diploma and at least 3

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• EPA Universal Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall issues.
• Respond to and prioritize resident work orders, ensuring timely completion.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, meeting company standards and checklist requirements.
• Maintain the exterior grounds, including seasonal duties such as snow removal and pool maintenance.
• Conduct property walk-throughs to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform on-call duties as scheduled and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
