Apero Property Management, Inc in West Covina, CA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our multifamily communities safe, functional, and attractive.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances, while supporting turnover work and safety compliance.

This role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving, and willingness to participate in on-call emergency rotation, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing or similar.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• HVAC or EPA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and prioritize by urgency.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with turnover repairs and prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Collaborate with management and team to ensure efficient operations.
