Aperto Property Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Placerville, CA team.

You will maintain the physical condition, safety, and aesthetics of our multifamily communities and respond to maintenance requests to ensure a positive resident experience. We value hands-on problem-solving, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing or similar environment.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and general repairs.
• HVAC/EPA certifications are a plus and helpful for the role.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance duties across property amenities and units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Respond to service requests promptly and prioritize work orders by urgency.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address issues before they escalate.
• Ensure safety protocols and health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Assist with turnover repairs and preparation of vacant units for new residents.
• Collaborate with property management and team members to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
