Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Troubleshoot/repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry.
• HVAC/EPA credentials a plus.
• Experience with 100+ unit communities.
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Weekend/on-call emergency rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Respond to maintenance service requests promptly, prioritizing by urgency.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address issues.
• Ensure safety protocols and health/safety compliance.
• Assist with turnover repairs and preparing vacant units.
• Collaborate with property management and team for efficient operations.
