Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing or similar environment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and carpentry.
• HVAC or EPA maintenance credentials are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Weekend and on-call rotation with emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances).
• Respond to service requests promptly and prioritize based on urgency.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address issues before they escalate.
• Ensure safety protocols and health/safety regulations are followed.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with property management and other team members to ensure efficient operations and positive resident experience.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing or a similar environment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general carpentry.
• Experience with HVAC certification, EPA certification, or other relevant maintenance credentials is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
• Weekend and periodic call-backs required. Availability to participate in on-call emergency rotation and respond to emergencies after hours.
