Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
• General maintenance and basic carpentry skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Address a wide range of apartment and property maintenance duties.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal; ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance per protocols.
