Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or a related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address an array of apartment and property maintenance duties.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair and cabinet replacement.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and adverse weather events.
• Communicate maintenance issues to leadership promptly.
