Qualifications

• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform a range of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair and cabinet replacement.
• Maintain safety and curb appeal at assigned properties.
• Manage work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Respond to property emergencies and after-hours calls.
• Monitor grounds and report issues to supervision.
• Promote safety and risk management per company rules.
