Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily (Floating) in Bloomington, MN. You will support residents by ensuring quality move-ins, prompt maintenance, and attentive service to foster resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include make-ready tasks, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, and on-call participation to address after-hours issues while maintaining safety and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read policy manuals, safety rules, and maintenance instructions.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal.
• Safe handling of tools and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide support for resident commitments and deliver superior customer service.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Perform grounds and common area maintenance and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
