Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting.
• Ability to read and interpret policy manuals and safety rules.
• Valid driver’s license and on-site safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with repairs and cleaning.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests.
• Perform grounds and common area maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and attend required trainings.
