Job summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily, to assist with operation, troubleshooting, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties.
Responsibilities include make-ready apartments, plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting, grounds and amenities upkeep, and on-call support. Safety, on-time performance, and professional resident service are essential.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
- 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
- Valid driver's license and EPA 608 Type II/CPO certifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepares make ready apartments including painting, repairs and cleaning.
- Responds to resident requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintains plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal as applicable.
- Maintains grounds, pools/areas and amenities for safety and operation.
- On-call may be required for after-hours emergencies.
- Reports maintenance concerns to the supervisor and performs scheduled work.
- Adheres to safety procedures and company standards.
- Delivers professional customer service and represents Cushman & Wakefield.
