• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Assist with preparing vacant apartments for occupancy and turnover.
• Participate in community maintenance and respond to service requests.
