Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties in Henderson, NV. The role focuses on delivering quality move-ins, timely service, and exceptional resident satisfaction.

You will respond to service requests and coordinate maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry to maintain a high standard of living for residents. The position requires a valid driver’s license, 3+ years of maintenance experience, and EPA 608 Type II or equivalent

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments (painting, cleaning, repairs).
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform variety of maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks.
• Attend training as required by employer and authorities.
