Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Technician for multifamily/commercial properties in the United States. The role covers operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs of buildings, systems, equipment, and grounds.

The technician will assist with installing and modifying equipment, perform general carpentry, painting, and snow removal as needed, and ensure compliance with safety and company directives. Driving may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.

Responsabilités

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Repair and service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices.
• Inspect buildings and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions; perform preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned.
