Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations across commercial properties. You will assist with diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds, ensuring safety and reliability.

Qualifications

2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
High School Diploma or GED.
Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
Maintain and service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, and other mechanical devices.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Inspect buildings and grounds for unsafe conditions and perform preventative maintenance.
Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
Comply with safety training and company dress code.
