Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations on commercial properties. The role covers troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance for buildings, equipment, and grounds, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including HVAC, plumbing, and equipment.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical and mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair finishes such as ceiling tiles, hardware, walls, and floors.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for unsafe conditions and perform preventative maintenance.
• Operate and maintain fire and life safety systems as assigned.
