RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multifamily properties in the Savannah, GA area. You will handle inside and exterior maintenance, respond to resident requests, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and property standards are met.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type I/II or Universal), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling; state/local certifications may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance on interior and exterior areas to meet property standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Complete resident work orders within 24–48 hours and conduct routine maintenance tasks.
• Complete make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Assist cost‑control efforts by repairing parts instead of replacing when feasible; manage materials carefully.

Educación
