Job summary

Columbia Residential is seeking a Community Service Technician in Savannah, GA. The role focuses on maintaining the community, managing make-readies, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure high standards of safety and appearance.

The position requires several years of hands-on maintenance experience, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and operation of common tools. A valid driver’s license and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Trade School training preferred.
Minimum of three years related work experience; broad skill set in construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

Maintain physical condition and curb appeal of the community and manage make-readies.
Provide prompt, courteous service to residents and follow up on requests.
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance; install major appliances as needed.
