Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Kensington Crossing multifamily community. You will handle make-ready tasks, respond to resident requests, and ensure high-quality move-ins and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities include skilled trades such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting, plus grounds and amenity upkeep. On-call shifts may be required; strong safety adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type II certification is required.
• HVAC, plumbing and electrical basics are essential skills.
• Carpentry, painting and general maintenance experience are favored.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments, including painting and cleaning.
• Respond promptly to resident requests with professionalism.
• Provide maintenance support for quality move-in experiences.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities to safety standards.
• Attend required training and comply with safety policies.
• On-call may be required for after-hours emergencies.
