Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties in Buford, GA. The role focuses on delivering quality move-in experiences, quick service, and resident satisfaction. You’ll perform a range of maintenance tasks and uphold safety standards on-site.

The position requires hands-on skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting, with a valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification. On-site work with periodic on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Licensed to operate vehicles and vehicles equipment.
• EPA 608 Type II certification required.
• Competent in reading policy manuals and safety rules.
• Able to read and interpret maintenance instructions and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with cleaning, painting, and basic repairs.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and maintain professional service.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Carry out repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to supervisor.
