PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of upkeep tasks at an assigned apartment community. You will address service requests, support the Maintenance Supervisor, and help maintain a safe, clean, and attractive property.

The role requires a resident-focused approach, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and availability for on-call and weekend hours. On-site work with opportunities for training and growth within PeakMade Real Estate.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of maintenance experience, preferably in apartments.
• EPA Type I and II certifications preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation.
• Be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Aufgaben

• Complete service requests and repairs promptly.
• Assist supervisor with inventory monitoring of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Assist with move-in/move-out and maintenance turn events.
