Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance tasks across an apartment community. The role emphasizes resident satisfaction, safety, and timely repairs, with a focus on preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities include working with the Maintenance Supervisor on inventory, budgeting adherence, and coordinating work orders, upkeep, and curb appeal while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year maintenance experience, preferably in apartments.
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory of equipment, tools and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors and supervisors.
• Assist with move-in/move-out and maintenance/repair turn events.
