Cushman & Wakefield in Madison, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Multifamily EO Madison Yards on-site. You will support resident move-ins, expedite service, and deliver attentive customer care.

Responsibilities include make-ready work, basic maintenance trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical), grounds upkeep, and on-call response. A valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification are required; high school diploma and 1+ year on-site experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• On-site multifamily maintenance experience is preferred.
• Ability to read manuals, policies, and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments (painting, cleaning, basic repairs).
• Respond to resident requests and deliver quality service.
• Perform maintenance tasks (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain grounds, common areas, pools, and amenities.
• On-call duties for after-hours emergencies as needed.
