CYM Living in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues, assist with snow removal, and respond to on-call emergencies.

Coordinate with the office to complete make-ready repairs and maintain trash areas. Experience with safety, reading SDS, and communicating with residents and vendors is important.

Qualifications

• Read and write English clearly and concisely.
• Communicate with team members, residents, and vendors.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, and waste management.
• Understand SDS and handle chemicals safely.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs, and carpentry.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Respond to on-call emergencies.
• Ensure make-ready repairs and services are completed on schedule with the office team.
• Maintain the trash room and dumpster areas.
• Stay current on building codes and safety standards.
