Qualifications

• Experience maintaining multi-family properties with hands-on maintenance skills.
• Ability to read and write English clearly for communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues.
• Assist with snow removal and on-call emergencies.

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of trash rooms and dumpster areas.
