Job summary

Asset Living in Oklahoma City is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site communities with corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. You will assist in the make-ready process and manage daily work orders to ensure quality outcomes for residents.

Responsibilities include pool maintenance, safety compliance, and timely repairs, while upholding OSHA guidelines and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills to operate onsite software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management work orders for community areas and units.
• Perform routine, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance tasks.
• Assist in make-ready processes and schedule maintenance/turn events.
• Maintain pool area by cleaning and logging chemical treatments.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of tools and equipment.
