Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Phoenix is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to service multiple trades across properties. You’ll perform service requests, preventative maintenance and full turns with confidence, upholding high standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, working knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing, and a HS diploma or GED; EPA universal certification is preferred; CPO certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools, diagnosticequipment, and chemical safety procedures.
• Maintain personal tool inventory.
• Complete required safety and compliance training.
• This role may include additional duties consistent with the position.
