Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Seattle, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform independent, multi-trade repairs and proactive maintenance across our multifamily properties. You’ll handle service requests, make-ready turns, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure high operational standards.

Applicants should have 2+ years of maintenance experience, hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing and HVAC, and a HS diploma. EPA universal and CPO certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
