Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Copiague, NY is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician II to service and turn units across multiple properties, perform preventative maintenance, and uphold high operating standards while coordinating with residents and team members.

This role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred), cross-trade skills in electrical, plumbing and HVAC, plus working knowledge of appliances.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience in multifamily preferred.
• Experience across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other trades.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• CPO Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Ensure safety and compliance training.
