Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the optimal operation of multifamily property systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety. You will lead a maintenance team, plan work orders, and improve processes to deliver reliable service for residents and partners.

The role requires extensive multi-trade experience, strong organizational skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance in Multifamily or Hospitality
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting
• Working knowledge of appliances required

Responsibilities

• Set scope, budget tracking, schedule, material and equipment requirements, bidding and management of subcontractors/vendors
• Oversee preventative actions to ensure safety and operations procedures are met
• Lead maintenance team regarding scheduling, duties, and performance
• Direct and oversee all maintenance work orders and unit turns with excellent customer service
• Complete unit inspections and maintain documentation
• Organize and utilize supplies cost-effectively
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems prior to scheduling repairs
• Repair issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry
• Handle on-call service requests and emergency calls as needed
• Present a professional appearance aligned with company image
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
