Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Indianapolis is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to perform skilled repairs, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. This role requires on-call shifts and variable schedules to ensure property operations run smoothly.

The position requires 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and EPA Universal Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Working knowledge of appliances.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
