Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Washington. You will perform skilled repairs, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance across multiple trades and help with make-ready turns.

You will participate in move-in/move-out inspections, manage inventory, and respond to on-call service requests while maintaining safety and compliance. A high school diploma and 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections and on-call responses.
