Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to operate across multiple trades and complete service requests, preventive maintenance, and full turns with confidence. You will help uphold high operational standards at our multifamily properties.

The role offers a full-time schedule with on-call rotations and a pay rate of $20–$21 per hour based on experience, plus opportunities for bonuses. Beneficial certifications are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience required, multifamily preferred.
• Intermediate-level skills across electrical, HVAC, plumbing and related trades.
• Working knowledge of appliances and safety practices.
• High School Diploma or GED is required as stated.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections and maintain inventory.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools and complete safety training.
