TRG Management Company, LLLP seeks a Maintenance Technician in Chandler, AZ to support on-site property upkeep and resident experience. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and requires hands-on work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, on-call emergency support, and keeping logs of maintenance activities; ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years hands-on apartment maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, or related areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• EPA or CFC certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in general apartment maintenance (painting, cleaning, repairs).
• Perform hands-on maintenance of the property, inspections, repairs, and general upkeep of interiors and exteriors.
• Install and repair electrical systems and components of machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and record findings in a maintenance log.
• Provide on-call emergency service as required.
• Maintain grounds and keep areas free of trash and debris.
• Maintain and service mechanical equipment including water heaters and HVAC units.
• Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus and replace faulty components.
