Compensation ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, with monthly leasing bonuses, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and competitive benefits. Candidates should have 1+ years in multifamily/hotel maintenance and be able to work a Mon-Fri schedule with occasional overtime.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years.
• 2+ years’ experience preferred.
• Well‑versed in the unit turn process from start to finish.
• Experience tracking and maintaining inventory.
• Provide your own basic hand tools (power tools provided by company).
• Experience delivering great customer service to residents/customers is required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist in getting units “rent ready”.
• Abide by safety requirements at all times.
• Safely use chemicals and equipment as part of daily duties.
• Maintain grounds, work and storage areas and dumpster areas to uphold curb appeal.
• Paint and clean to ensure timely unit turnover.
• Keep lawns mowed/trimmed and entryways, walkways, driveways clean.
• Ensure equipment is serviced regularly for safe operation.
• Be on-call for emergencies or snow removal.
• Maintain and enforce all company policies and procedures per Operations Manual.
• Must be able to clean units as needed.
