Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for an onsite role in Tempe, AZ. You will perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance across a multifamily property, handling plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC-related tasks to keep buildings safe and appealing.

The position is full-time, on-site, with an 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and occasional on-call duties. You will work with the maintenance and property management teams to support residents and property

Qualifications

• Experience in routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance in multifamily or similar properties.
• HVAC maintenance experience required; EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to perform light carpentry, painting, and related repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across the property.
• Respond to work orders promptly and prevent escalation.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings and amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents and staff to address needs.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with general upkeep and collaborate with the team.
