American Property Management seeks a Floating Maintenance Technician I or II to service Terravista/Briarstone properties in Tacoma. The role focuses on unit turnover, preventive maintenance, and on-site resident service with attention to safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years.
• Experience in the unit turn process from start to finish.
• Experience tracking and maintaining inventory.
• Must provide your own basic hand tools; company provides power tools.
• HVAC certification preferred; CPO certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Assist in getting units rent ready and perform maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Abide by safety requirements at all times and use chemicals and equipment safely.
• Maintain grounds, work/storage areas, and ensure curb appeal to company standards.
• Paint and clean as needed to ensure timely turnover of units.
• Ensure equipment is serviced regularly to maintain safe operations.
• Be on-call for emergencies or snow removal as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures per Operations Manual.
