Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep multifamily properties safe, attractive, and operational for residents. You will diagnose and repair appliances and HVAC, perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks, and support turnover and preventive maintenance programs while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work with residents, associates, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification Type I and II required.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Other licenses required by state and federal law.
• Ability to work any day of the week, including overtime and on-call shifts.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate general maintenance equipment and tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major appliances and HVAC systems.
• Perform basic to intermediate plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Assist with turnkey operations to prepare vacant units for rent-ready status.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to preserve property condition and reduce liabilities.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and other property features to ensure safety.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and colleagues.
• Promote safety practices and a culture of safety.
