Job summary

JVM Realty Corporation is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to manage service requests in apartments and common areas. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, and assist with apartment turns including painting and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, building operations, or related trade.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-service mindset and teamwork attitude.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts, evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs in apartments and common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Assist with apartment turns including painting, repairs, and cleaning.
• Maintain grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
